Description

The Graham Norton 2023 New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is its tenth vintage, personally tasted and blended by Graham and Invivo Cofounders Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron in a local pub in Graham's hometown of Ahakista, West Cork.

It has a gorgeous fresh and aromatic nose with strong scents of nashi pear, fresh cut apple and papaya. The palate instantly appeals with tropical fruit flavours dominating and a lively, balanced acidity that compliments the layers of ripe pineapple and citrus perfectly. Vibrant, refreshing and zingy, it's delicious on its own or with food.

Watch Graham and Invivo blend their tenth vintage of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc together

Product Range: New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

Vineyard

Marlborough, Hawke's Bay, Gisborne

Winemaker

Graham Norton & Rob Cameron

Viticulture

Blended from North and South Island fruit across Marlborough, Hawke's Bay and Gisborne. Although the weather systems affected the later part of the season in the North Island, this region helped to bring some lower brix levels to complement the ripeness of the South Island Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Vinification

A variety of cool and warm fermentation dynamics were used to promote riper characters from Gisborne and Hawke's Bay blocks so that they would blend in harmony with the more aromatically driven Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Invivo and Graham have created a blend that brings the crisp freshness of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc together with the rounder flavours typically found in north island Sauvignon Blanc.
