Description
Named after the solitary tree standing in the centre of our Chardonnay block, the grapes for our 2020 One Tree Chardonnay were hand-picked, sorted, then wild yeast fermented and aged for 11 months in French oak. It has smooth floral and spice notes, backed by a good structure, balance, and length on the finish. Vegan friendly.
